praescia
Products

Two products. One intelligence architecture.

The same seven-stage spine. The same GxP compliance shell. The same “Atlas Inside” density network. Two domain leaves — one for biopharma manufacturing, one for the genetics industry.

Biopharma manufacturing intelligence

Praescia

Know the batch before it turns.

Design-partner phase · evidence gate open

Praescia reads process historians, in-line sensors, and MES data to detect batch deviation and line constraint before the outcome is fixed. A bioreactor batch that fails its release assay is a post-mortem. Praescia turns that into a foreseen, explained, documented catch.

What it detects

  • Golden-batch deviation onset — hours before it’s obvious
  • Early titer / yield / OOS-risk signal — called pre-harvest
  • Fill-finish line bottleneck & EM excursion
  • Tech transfer drift at the first new-site runs
  • Cold-chain excursion risk in transit
  • Cross-site fleet performance gaps (density tier)

Who it serves

  • CDMOs — density economics: one validated model, many lines and sites
  • Biotech / pharma MSAT — batch-loss avoidance and tech transfer
  • Cell & gene therapy — highest-value batches; one patient, one dose
  • Fill-finish & drug product — line constraint intelligence
  • Bioreactor / PAT OEMs — intelligence inside, Atlas Inside mark

Compliance

21 CFR Part 11 · EU Annex 11 · GAMP 5 · ALCOA+ — built in, not bolted on.

Engine

Atlas PC (Production Constraint) + Atlas OI (Industrial Operations) + GxP compliance shell, coupled via atlas_compose.

Genetics industry intelligence

Praescigenics

Catch the failing run before it fails.

Gate-1a proven on real ONT telemetry · Gate-1b open

Praescigenics applies the Praescia spine to the genetics industry: sequencing-run QC (a run is a monitored batch — Q-scores, cluster/pore density, reagent state, error rate) and regulated genomics manufacturing (vector, plasmid, cell/gene therapy). A DNA sequencer is a biosensor at scale. The same foreknowledge applies.

What it detects

  • Sequencing-run quality excursion onset — before run failure or rework
  • Q-score drift (%≥Q30, error rate) departing the golden reference
  • Cluster density / pore occupancy anomaly (overload & underload)
  • Reagent & flowcell lot excursion — surfaced across every run using that lot
  • Vector / plasmid / cell-therapy manufacturing deviation (via Praescia leaf)
  • Cross-lab lot-level signals (density tier — federated telemetry, not genomes)

Who it serves

  • Sequencing labs (CLIA / CAP) — run-QC intelligence, instrument state
  • Genomics CDMOs & manufacturers — vector, plasmid, cell-therapy lines
  • Instrument OEMs — Illumina, Oxford Nanopore, PacBio OEM embed path
  • Bioinformatics & LIMS platforms — intelligence layer above the pipeline

Compliance

21 CFR Part 11 · GAMP 5 · ALCOA+ (manufacturing, inherited from Praescia). CLIA / CAP lab context (sequencing); FDA SaMD decision-support posture maintained throughout.

Engine

Praescia spine vendored (praescia_core + atlas_compose) + genetics leaf (praescigenics_core). Platforms: Illumina NovaSeq / NextSeq / MiSeq · Oxford Nanopore · PacBio Revio · Element.

The shared foundation

Both products run on the same proven architecture. The spine is the invariant. The domain vocabulary is the skin.

Shared

Seven-stage spine

OBSERVE → NORMALIZE → DETECT_STATE → DETECT_TRANSITION → ESTIMATE_OUTCOME → RECOMMEND → VALIDATE. One deterministic pipeline, proven across four production verticals.

Shared

GxP compliance shell

21 CFR Part 11 audit trail, e-signature manifests, ALCOA+ data-integrity gate at every I/O boundary. Ships with both products. Not a professional-services engagement.

Shared

“Atlas Inside” density network

The cross-asset, cross-site density layer. Both products publish into it. Both compound in value as asset count grows. The moat is the same architecture, pointed at two industries.

Shared

Insight-only posture

Neither product actuates on process equipment, MES recipes, or sequencing instruments. Every advisory requires human disposition. Permanent — not a phase.

Shared

atlas_compose coupler

The same composable coupler and engine manifest system under both products. New platform adapters and capability components snap in as plugins — not forks.

Shared

Explainable advisories

Named signal drivers. Reason codes. Deterministic replay. Every advisory defensible in an audit, a deviation investigation, or a CLIA inspector review.

Design-partner program — both products

Both Praescia and Praescigenics are in active design-partner search. If you run bioreactors, fill-finish lines, sequencing instruments, or genomics manufacturing with real process data, we want to talk.
