Two products. One intelligence architecture.
The same seven-stage spine. The same GxP compliance shell. The same “Atlas Inside” density network. Two domain leaves — one for biopharma manufacturing, one for the genetics industry.
Praescia
Know the batch before it turns.
Praescia reads process historians, in-line sensors, and MES data to detect batch deviation and line constraint before the outcome is fixed. A bioreactor batch that fails its release assay is a post-mortem. Praescia turns that into a foreseen, explained, documented catch.

Praescigenics
Catch the failing run before it fails.
Praescigenics applies the Praescia spine to the genetics industry: sequencing-run QC (a run is a monitored batch — Q-scores, cluster/pore density, reagent state, error rate) and regulated genomics manufacturing (vector, plasmid, cell/gene therapy). A DNA sequencer is a biosensor at scale. The same foreknowledge applies.

How they compare
| Dimension | Praescia | Praescigenics |
|---|---|---|
| Domain | Biopharma manufacturing (bioreactor, fill-finish, drug product) | Genetics industry (sequencing labs, genomics manufacturing) |
| The “batch” | A bioreactor run or fill-finish production batch | A sequencing run (Illumina / ONT / PacBio) or a vector/plasmid manufacturing batch |
| Key signals | pH, DO, temperature, biomass, feed rate, metabolites, EM, WFI, HVAC | %≥Q30, error rate, cluster density / pore occupancy, reagent / flowcell lot state |
| Primary buyers | CDMOs, biotech MSAT, CGT manufacturers, fill-finish operators | Sequencing labs (CLIA/CAP), genomics CDMOs, instrument OEMs |
| Regulatory frame | 21 CFR Part 11 · EU Annex 11 · GAMP 5 · ALCOA+ | 21 CFR Part 11 / GAMP 5 (manufacturing) + CLIA / CAP (clinical lab); FDA SaMD posture |
| Density moat | Cross-site golden-trajectory benchmarking; CDMO fleet intel | Federated QC telemetry (not genomes); reagent/flowcell lot-level cross-lab signals |
| Evidence status | Design-partner phase; evidence gate open | Gate-1a proven on real ONT telemetry; Gate-1b (labeled) open |
| Core engine | Atlas PC + Atlas OI + GxP compliance shell | Praescia spine vendored + praescigenics_core genetics leaf |
| Posture | Insight-only throughout — observe, predict, advise; never actuate on equipment, process, or instrument | |
The shared foundation
Both products run on the same proven architecture. The spine is the invariant. The domain vocabulary is the skin.

Design-partner program — both products
Both Praescia and Praescigenics are in active design-partner search. If you run bioreactors, fill-finish lines, sequencing instruments, or genomics manufacturing with real process data, we want to talk.
